Hotel Okura will debut its first Japanese resort, the Okura Resort Hakone Gora, in 2029.
The key innovation is that every one of the 58 rooms will feature a private outdoor hot spring bath using authentic Owakudani thermal water, offering exclusive access anytime.
The resort follows a “Forest Hideaway” design by Gwenael Nicolas and offers high-end teppanyaki dining and Okura’s renowned service. This opening sets a new standard for privacy and luxury in Hakone.
