Shura Council Speaker Discusses Parliamentary Cooperation with UK Ambassador

The Speaker of the Shura Council, HE Hassan bin Abdullah Al Ghanim, held a meeting with the United Kingdom’s Ambassador to Qatar, HE Neerav Patel, on Wednesday.

The discussions focused on the strong bilateral ties between the two countries, with particular emphasis on parliamentary cooperation. Both sides reviewed ways to enhance collaboration and explore new opportunities to further develop relations in the legislative and political fields.

The meeting reflected the shared commitment of Qatar and the United Kingdom to strengthening dialogue, fostering mutual understanding, and expanding cooperation in areas of common interest.
